ivec Co., Ltd. Selected for the 4th Cohort of the Kansai Startup Incubation Program “KIDOU” / 株式会社ivec、関西スタートアップインキュベーションプログラム「KIDOU」第4期に採択

We are pleased to announce that our startup, ivec Co., Ltd., has been selected for the 4th cohort of the Kansai Startup Incubation Program “KIDOU.”

“KIDOU” is an incubation program led by Osaka Business Development Agency that aims to foster globally competitive startups from the Kansai region. Selected companies receive up to JPY 10 million in funding along with six months of hands-on support from leading venture capitalists and industry experts. The program provides comprehensive assistance in areas such as business strategy, fundraising, and partnership development.

At ivec, we are developing a minimally invasive BMI (Brain–Machine Interface) based on intravascular EEG technology. Our goal is to bring to society medical devices that enable communication for patients with severe motor impairments who have difficulty expressing their intentions.

Through participation in this program, we aim not only to further advance our research and development but also to accelerate commercialization by expanding collaborations with partner companies, investors, and research institutions. As a deep-tech startup originating in Kansai, we are committed to the social implementation and global expansion of neurotechnology.

このたび、私たちのスタートアップ 株式会社ivec が、関西スタートアップインキュベーションプログラム「起動（KIDOU）」第4期に採択されました。

「起動」は、大阪産業局が主導し、関西から世界に挑戦するスタートアップの創出を目的としたインキュベーションプログラムです。採択企業には最大1,000万円の事業資金と、トップクラスのキャピタリストや専門家による6か月間のハンズオン支援が提供され、事業戦略や資金調達、パートナー連携など多面的な支援を受けることができます。

ivecでは、血管内脳波を用いた低侵襲BMI（Brain–Machine Interface）の開発を通じて、重度運動障害などにより意思伝達が困難な患者さんのコミュニケーションを支援する医療機器の社会実装を目指しています。

今回のプログラムを通じて、研究開発を進めるだけでなく、パートナー企業や投資家、研究機関との連携を広げながら、事業化を加速していきたいと考えています。関西発のディープテックとして、 ニューロテクノロジーの社会実装とグローバル展開を目指して取り組んでいきます。
